I've given Stephen only 5 stars because there is not the option for more.
I cannot recommend Stephen Murray more highly.
Having avoided all forms of exercise all of my life, I finally took the giant leap and looked for a Personal Trainer.
There was more chance of me winning the lottery, than actually going to a gym but I looked anyway.
But then I saw that Murrayfitness was a PRIVATE gym - not an expensive private health club, but a private gym, with a private changing room.
I went along for a chat and the rest is history.
I no longer smoke, and with Stephen's advice, I eat much better.
Stephen doesn't lecture, bully or shout at you, but somehow you end up "wanting" to do what he says and whilst (having done no exercise ever) I did struggle initially, Stephen's infectious enthusiasm, and sense of humour somehow got me thru the early days and now (unbelievably) I actually enjoy going there.
My only regret is I didn't go to him a long long time ago.
