Lovely little place with attentive staff in tearoom and plenty for youngsters to see and enjoy.

It's ok the play area is the best bit you can't actually get very near the animals probably for safety reasons. Which is a shame as kids all want to touch ponies. Bird feed is also a bit pricey considering every kid that goes there wants to feed the animals. I think it should be included in the entrance price as they are having you pay to feed their birds over and above the entrance price. Which amounts to £5.50 for one adult and one child.

Lovely place and it has a sensory garden for kids with additional needs which my son loved.

There is a really nice tea room here with good food, high quality high chairs and toys and books for children to play with while they're waiting for their order. The farm itself is nice enough but a lot of the pens were empty when I visited with no explanation. The playground is amazing though, with loads of things for children of all ages to do. We were planning to make this a quick lunch stop but ended up staying for much of the afternoon as well.

Great place to take young children. Loads to do on the farm trampolines, playground, trikes, games and ofvourse the animals. The cafe was also fantastic, the staff lovely, the food delicious and they cared really well for my one year old daughter with lots of toys and books to play with while she waits for food.

Love Murton farm! For a little one there is a lot to see and do here. There are all sorts of farmyard animals, an option to buy grain to feed and ample outdoor play opportunities! There is a small café here and the food and staff are excellent! Advise that you wear clobber appropriate to the weather. Terrain is a bit up and down.

Told that feeding a child under 2 years old a sandwich when food and drinks were ordered for two adults was unacceptable and an adult sandwich would need to be purchased. If this is how they want to treat customers then I would not recommend this cafe. Its also not pram friendly judging by the unfriendly signs posted.

Grand espace, belle balade au milieu des animaux. Des espaces de jeux aménagés que mon fils de 3 ans a adoré ( tracteur, parcours, tyrolienne...). Pour un tarif très raisonnable.

Excellent place for young children with the farm and play area. Small, very inviting, cafe with good selection of drinks, light meals and confectionary. Area to the east of the car park is a nature reserve. Flooded gravel pits. Short and long walk but some undulation. Plentiful "hides" for birdwatching. Flora interesting.

Lovely place to stop for a cuppa and great for a walk around the farm. Only issue is that it can get very crowded fast!
