Yesterday I tried the chicken and rice dish. Eat it cold as it was hot outside. Really nice and filling with plenty of chunky bits of chicken. It was NOT swimming in sauce made of god knows what, plus and a few green beans with a bit of spice, enough to make your mouth water; and roll the forefinger around the container at the end when no one was looking. I would have licked it, but my dog’s face said “you’re havin’ a laugh”.
I keep getting the look from him that says “Dad, you’re looking really well, it must be that Muscle Meal Prep thingy you had the other day.” Like Arne said “l’ll be back”.
Tried the shredded beef tonight, have to say it’s delicious! Can’t wait to try the rest now. Defo be back for more xxx
This has been great alternative to making or buying lunch everyday. I love the weekly and monthly choices, the portions are perfect and I'm eating healthy and saving money. I definitely recommend to anyone

Had the blackened Cajun chicken yesterday for lunch, excellent flavour with really good presentation, would definitely recommend and will 100% be buying again
