Went along today and my 2 year old loved it. A great size of soft play and perfect for the younger kids. Staff were friendly and also great with kids. The place was immaculate where as I often find other softplays a bit grubby. We’ll go back again.

Visited Mystic Monkeys today for the first time and I’m so glad we did! My son is three, ASN and currently non verbal and everything about our visit was relaxing which is unusual as he’s a bit of a Houdini. We were met by the owner, all of the staff were lovely, the frame is easily accessible for both kids and adults alike & I could see the full frame from the baby toy area where I was sitting with my ten month old. The fact I could see the whole frame meant if my son got hurt or stuck I could see him and help without him panicking. Great cafe and completely secure so no risk of him escaping when I wasn’t looking which meant the coffee I drank was actually hot and not cold from running after him �. Thanks again, so glad we visited & will absolutely be back!

This place is amazing!!! I am able to let my 2yr old run free and enjoy a decent coffee while watching my 4mth old. The place is pristine, the food is good and reasonably priced and the staff are friendly and so helpful. They watched my baby while I went to change my toddlers nappy and even helped me out to the car! The equipment is great with lots going on to keep kids entertained for ages. They also have a good range of toys for all ages which are nice and clean. A great, stress free place to go or meet up with others who have kids and actually manage to have a catch up & a decent coffee..unheard of till I discovered Mystic Monkeys!

Thank you so much for a great day! The Santa party was so amazing for my 1 yr old and 3yr old. Such good value and better than any other Santa experience we have done so far. It was all about the kids as it should be. Thank you to Santa for stopping by too!

Our first visit this morning and will definitely be returning. Baby/small child area had plenty of toys as well as a mini ball pit (which is perfect for when they're too small in the larger area). We played around for an hour or so and then had a coffee and cake before we left. The staff were lovely!The Empire cakes/biscuits with fresh icing were delicious, the nicest ones I've ever had - we shall be returning for a basketful �� & affordable. We highly recommend :))

One word ... fantastic. Went today for the first time with my girl (4 this month) and my 8 month old. Very impressed. The soft play area was amazing as was the vast selection of toys available in the separate area for babies/toddlers. Staff are great, my girl accidentally got kicked in chin by another child and straight away staff asked if we needed any ice packs etc. Will definitely be back.

My grandchildren love it when they are at my house they ask me to take them here and it’s handy for me being 5 minutes away from my house

First time at mystic monkeys today and will definitely be back. Lovely welcoming atmosphere as soon as we walked in. Reasonable prices for food (lentil soup was delicious) and got a meal deal for my little girl. It is smaller than a lot of the soft plays we’ve visited but I think that’s better for little ones as so easy to keep an eye on them from table and it had more than enough to keep my very energetic 2 an 1/2 year old entertained. Will definitely be back.

Fab softplay!! Not too big so you always know where your wee one is, letting you relax and enjoy a great coffee! Also has a super babies area which is well stocked for little tinys.

Clean, friendly and lots of fun and activities. It's perfect for my 2 year old - no big drops in the apparatus and it's not too deep (far back) so you can let them go on their own whilst watching which is great for independence without neglecting to watch them! The staff are lovely. Haven't eaten a meal yet but the coffee is hot and the biscuits are delicious! There are some little chairs mini vehicles and rattles etc for babies too.

Cannot rate this place highly enough � so so so CLEAN!!!! Something I find bigger soft plays lack due to size, the staff (including the owners) were beyond lovely � so open and warm and inviting, the soft play itself is deceiving in size, looks really small but there’s loads to do inside it, even my partner had a blast playing in there. The venue itself is small enough that the parents can sit and have a coffee/tea in peace whilst keeping an eye on the kids playing, there’s no where they can go and you won’t see them. Can’t wait to go back x

Being opened today despite the weather was fantastic - great to get the kids a run about. And hats off to the girls battling the snow to get there to open up!!
