Amazing atmosphere and professionalism

I have been in several times now firstly I had the extensions fitted and asked for the french manicure it was absolutely lovely and all my nails stayed on for weeks and I am not the most girly girl so that was a huge surprise for me :) I then had them removed and had calgel colour applied, I have had three different colours now over the weeks and have never had any chip or come off, I have been going regularly every 3/4 weeks and my own nails that were very short (bitten) are now a nice length and shape thanks to the nail bar, I could not recommend them highly enough, the staff are always polite friendly and welcoming and I am always asked about how an event has gone if I have mentioned that I was going to something special, the attention to detail is really nice. I am about to go in and get vouchers for my mums birthday so she can enjoy the special treatment that they provide!

Phoned on the off chance for a quick apointment, the lady on the desk was lovely and so helpful and managed to fit me in at short notice.
The salon is very bright and girly looking and very friendly welcome from staff. Offered seat and coffee while I was waiting and given colour samples to decide before I sat down to get pampered.

Overall fantastic experience! I will be visiting again soon. Shellacs have lasted 3 weeks no chips, so impressed. Can't wait to try out some of the other services the salon has to offer.

This place is awful! I first went and got a normal manicure/polish and the girl didn't do it very well at all. I gave it another chance because I thought it was just because she was young.

Well.. I went in for a shellac with extensions on just two of my nails. BUT my extensions came off every day or every other day. I went in at least 4 times in one week. At one point one of the girls put another extension on BUT put the wrong nail varnish colour on and didn't even realise that it didn't match my other nails. Funny thing is I could of told her the name of the colour if she'd asked. OR they could keep a record on their computer about what they do with each client.

Each time I went into the salon nobody acknowledged what was happening or offered even a partial refund or even say sorry!! I have had extensions, shellac etc etc for years and I know I wasn't doing anything wrong. I hadn't even put the dishes in the dish washer! And it was a manager that did my nails initially and 2 out of the other 3 times afterwards. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE never mind the actual service was rubbish. I was very nice the whole time this was happening. However on the last day I went in (when I gave up and got them to take the extensions off) I explained my disappointment and only then I got a weak apology. There was no effort to retain my custom- i.e offer a refund or a free treatment for my awful experience.

I have been to several other nail salons since and I have had no problems anywhere else!
