Perfected after many hours toiling away in the kitchen (not to mention some tears of frustration) Our macarons are 100% gluten free, and the basic ingredients are almonds, organic free range eggs and sugar. Since all our macarons are made by hand, there may be some differences in their size
Macarons will happily last for roughly a week in the fridge, or a month in the freezer if you can keep them there for long! Just make sure you take them out for at least 10 mins as they are best enjoyed at room temperature.
