We like to go to London every October so we can go to Harry Potter and London itself and we always stay in a Travelodge in Borehamwood and we always visit Nandos... Love the food.

Really enjoyed the food sat outside in the Sun as we had yogi with us people watching and Jay from extenders walked by

Ordered online which didn’t work but manager Aspa was great and resolved the issue very quickly! Thank you very much!

Haven't been here for a while nice to see a new revamped menu plenty of healthy choices and of course delicious chicken

Good food. Great staff, polite and helpful. Clean restaurant . Will visit again.

Very poorly managed. I will never go back to this branch

The food took 15 minutes to arrive and the chicken had been deep/twice fried by the looks of it. The adjoining tables took forever to be cleared away and food remnants was left on the seats and all over the floor. All 3 of us now have upset stomachs so we can't all be wrong. Wasn't impressed and won't go back to that branch �

Staff polite enough. However chicken was not cooked and pink. Staff resolved it by offering a free meal, but even so it was served raw. Would not recommend.

Portions are tiny and coke is flat. All in all not amazing.

Had a takeout this evening, we called at 6:38pm was told our food would be ready in 15 minutes so we went to collect the food at 7pm we was left waiting till 7:25pm till our food was given to us the chicken was not Cooked long enough and our side boxes we're half empty I love a nandos but will not be going borehamwood branch again, we was charged a tax fee aswell which annoyed me seen as the service was so poor and the food wasnt plesent at all. Disappointed!

This is the worst Nandos by far that I have ever been to. The quality of food, service, hygiene etc has declined steadily over the last 2 years and is appalling now. I have seen staff lying down on the multiple seater whilst customers were eating in the restaurant. The restrooms and restaurant are filthy a lot of the time. Having eaten in many other Nandos restaurants, I would give this one no stars at all if I could!!
