Good food but then .. its not really worth the long wait

Bunch of ignorant people working at the tills, do not know how to respond to customer requests, but know how to lie to them and misguide them. Never going again there...

3 times my take away meal had been without something unreal after telling them every time they still get it wrong

Grilled chicken begwr is brilliant but the bun could be a bit softer. Waiting time is good but when busy can be really annoying and long. Staff r sound people and try help aas good as can. Drinks machine sometimes doesnt work and some drinks especially water taste weird. Overall tho great quality for price and always go there

Great vegan selection but a little pricey

Service a bit poor of late ..definitely missing Eleanor , slower service , longer waits at entrance , and some new staff bizarrely fail to understand the concept of customer care ... actually been growled at on a few occasions

Drinks

Drinks machines never work
Food is always cold
Takes about 10 years to get the food
Long waits for tables
Dirty toilets
Last time I went there was no knives had to eat with a fork and a spoon
Chicken bones lieing on table beside me for over an hour (this always happens).
10 year waits for tables

Nowadays I actually drive further to the city centre to avoid this dump.

Don't make the mistake.....Go elsewhere.

Tasty food, friendly staff but quite pricey.

Staff so nice but the atmosphere feels weird due to the fact it's in an open space, and people from the mall are walking close to you

Food is excellent, free refills on most soft drinks. A wee bit pricey
