Nando'S

1st time in Nando’s and never again shocking.
Ordered grilled chicken burger, grilled chicken pitta and kids menu

We all got our food and the pitta came with cabbage which did not say on the menu and as my wife is allergic to it it had to go back we waited over 20 minutes still no pitta by this time I had finished my food I ended up going to ask where it was as could not see anything on the hot plate.
It ended up coming 5 minutes after that. This is poor customer service as we had said to a member of staff we were waiting on this just after we got our food

Also the Chicken was supposed to be grilled it was chewy and looked like it was boiled on both adult meals

I feel that £30 down the drain

Best grilled chicken ever, marinated chicken and the sause will make anyone to go back again

Have you been to Nando's before? Of course you have - this is a Nando's. Takeaway here was quick and came in well designed packaging so you could eat on the run.

Very pleasant staff who make you very welcome and of course great food. Definetly a great addition to the retail park.

Nice place, been a few times, never have to wait for a table and the staff are really nice, polite and helpful. Kudos to management and the team.

Fantastic Quinoa salad, fresh, delicious ingredients! Chicken livers were amazing all washed down with lovely coffee!

Been there many times never had any issues. Always welcoming and friendly staff. Went in today i.e. 25th Apr. Ordered wings and whole chicken. Wings were dry and coming off the bone and the whole chicken was dry but edible. Complained to the manager and he as expected replaced the order. I appreciate that things go wrong but what stands out is how you fix it. No need to say, I was impressed with the way he handled the situation. Defiantly come back here.

Disappointing!
- We made a booking before going to Nando's, which was not kept on record by the staff. This meant that we had to wait an extra 15 minutes for a table to be cleared.
- Pointed towards a table. We were not informed that it was not table service so we were left waiting expecting service. We then had to find a staff member who told us that you have to order your food at the till, another 25, minute wait in a queue.
- Bad cleanliness overall. Staff were wiping tables however they were brushing off all the crumbs etc onto the floor under the table instead of cleaning properly. The tables were not clean at all and crumbs were left in the grooves of our table.
- Not enough cutlery available. We had to find a staff member to get more knives and forks.
- Well overpriced. Small portion sizes for the prices being charged. Sides are ridiculously overpriced.

Overall, it was a disappointment for the reputation and popularity that Nando's has.

Like Nando's Straighton a lot, great quick service and really tasty food
