Pizzas: invariably excellent, as was the fish supper I had. Pakora, chips: prepared healthily, leave you feeling warm and healthy. Nice, friendly people, who like Clint Eastwood movies, amongst other things. Focused, calm, efficient.

Great chip shop I even called in last year when I was on my honeymoon (was at loch lomond) whenever I go upto Glasgow I call in for a supper as I live near Durham it's a shame I don't get to visit as much as I like.

Food was good. Well what we received. 2 hours and 30 mins after the order and were still waiting on missing food. When called got a very unsympathetic 'Sorry'. If they don't want to deliver it just say. Don't leave us waiting for our food.

waited 1 hour and 40 mins for order it arrived .. staff were awful and assured me order wasn't sent out cold and chips were stuck to box because the had salt and vinegar on them which they didn't!! never order from there again

23rd October 2016 and it still hasn't changed. Wouldn't you think you would change it to get the times down. If your not bothered about waiting over 1hr for dinner this is the place for you

Order still not received after an hour - called shop again to be told "next one out"



An hour and a half passed in total - called shop again to be told dont know who took my call but they are short-staffed and a driver down.



Surely i should have been told this when i phoned.



Defo not a fast-food place. Charleston Cafe is much more efficient, ashame its closed for holiday! Will not use this place ever again

Ordered a small pizza, a lasagne and a portion of chips. The pizza had not been carried the correct way and all the topping had slid to the one side and onto the cardboard box. The lasagne was, well, not lasagne. It was just pasta with a little mince and was very dry. I guess I know where the Royal Alexandra Hospital gets it's lasagne from. The chips were actually ok but didn't eat many of them after the lasagne left me needing a lot of water to wet my mouth again. This used to be a good name in Paisley but has sadly dropped well below the standard expected. When my wife phoned to tell them about the pizza and lasagne, their answer was 'thanks for letting us know'. Classy customer service. Needless to say they won't be seeing any of our hard earned cash but going by their customer service they probably don't care.

Ordered a large portion of chips and cheese told it was 3.80 which is about average for a large portion. Delivery arrived.....half a tray of chips not much cheese either, phoned and was told that they only half fill the box so basically payin 3.80 for what every other chip shop in paisley in fact anywhere would class as a standard portion of chips. Rip of merchants stay well clear.

Ordered 3 fritters and gave us chips instead maybe next time give your customers a call to let them know you don't have the item they want instead of just assuming they will be ok with a item they didn't even order also food was cold and horrible will not be ordering from here again also asked for a refund for the item I didn't order

And knowing it was the best place bar none in paisley about 10-15 years ago!!! 3 suppers ordered (not exactly difficult) and after an hour waiting phoned to get told it was just leaving the shop! Still no delivery 30 mins later, so phone to be told it's out with the driver! Finally arrives 1hour 40 min after phoning and it was lukewarm! But due to 2 hungry kids I opted to keep it! Wish I never as the chips were mush and the batter soggy!! Never again will I phone here!! How the hell can they keep the name of a chippy that was so so good and not even be the same people running it
