**Emotional eating**

This Thursday I will be back at the wonderful Babies and Bumps Cafe leading another weaning workshop.
If you are approaching this stage with your little one and would like some tips and a discussion on weaning then come along.
Thursday 23rd Feb, 9.30am at Babies & Bumps Cafe. ┬Ż15pp - this includes the workshop, q&a , emailed weaning guidelines and four weeks of email support from the start of weaning.
... Numbers are limited , so booking essential.
