Terrible customer service, didnt help with any of my queries and had to fly to london by their advice but was after told it wasnt necessary

Quite nice. Also considering atm gives english money, not scottish money is great for travellers as finding a bank to do a swap is near impossible in other banks where you dont have an account.

over helpfull ? yes it does happen. sometimes all that's needed is ..efficciency....try spelling that with 2 grand overdraft.

Impossible to use terrible opening hours. It took several visits to close account.

Very helpful yeah but as theres only one in the whole of glasgow its a bit hard to get there on time
