I offer confidential, face to face, person centred counselling. I have offices in Elgin town centre.

I offer confidential, face to face, person centred counselling. I have offices in Elgin town centre and in Fochabers in a rural location within 15 mins drive of Elgin. I have worked effectively with many different client issues both in the voluntary sector and in my own private practice, including stress, anxiety, bereavement, suicide, low self esteem to name but a few. Evening and weekend appointments are available upon request.

I am trained and work as a person centred counsellor in a confidential, relaxed and safe environment in the Elgin area of Moray. I am a Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and follow their strict ethical codes of good practice.

I offer confidential, face to face, person centred counselling which is a different experience for each client as we are all unique individuals. My aim is to accept you as you are, to hear and understand you, and enter into a therapeutic relationship that is real and genuine in which I can help you to identify your issues and resolutions. I offer a safe place to explore feelings and emotions in a non-judgmental setting.

Training, Qualifications & Experience:
I hold a Diploma in Person Centred Counselling and I am currently working towards accreditation.
I hold an ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) Certificate.

I Hold the BACP Voluntary Certificate of Proficiency and appear on the register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists which is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care.

My work includes private clients, GP Referrals, Employee Assistance clients (including Moray Council), I also undertake work for The Meningitis Trust.
I work with individuals 16 years and over.

£35. 00 per 60min session, I also offer block bookings of 6 sessions at £200 paid in advance.
