рҹҸӢрҹҸҪвҖҚвҷӮпёҸ BATTLE ROPES рҹҸӢрҹҸ»вҖҚвҷҖпёҸ One of my favourite exercises to put in a circuit or break up a session to raise the heart rate and get the blood flowing around the muscles in the upper body. Footballer Fraser wanting to build upper body strength, power and size. This exercise is an excellent one for concentrating on the chest. By pushing your palms together in a prayer рҹҷҸрҹҸј fashion in order to hold the resistance you are able to isometrically contract the chest through addiction whilst pressing the resistance in a controlled manner like in a chest press. рҹ’ӘрҹҸј #TODtrained #FFS #FitterFasterStronger #NeilPTtrained

вһЎпёҸвһЎпёҸ Ya, Ts & Ws on the TRX band. Great bodyweight exercises to include in circuits and I like to use them as a bit of a burn out on back day. Easy to control difficulty levels by foot position and beginners can start by just doing Ws/Rows and move towards a full set of Ys or Ts. #FitterFasterStronger
