I used the Corstorphine Branch to buy a new build. I moved up from Yorkshire and after an initial visit to the office the team handled everything for me at a distance. They were thorough,friendly and patient with someone new to Scottsh procedures and offered practical as well as purely legal advice. I felt confident throughout and would recommend.

We did not enjoy interacting with Neilsons. They committed a number of clerical errors, such as misspelling our names in mostly all the documentation and not cross-checking certain key facts. We found them to be unprofessional and at times rude.

I've bought two properties with Neilsons and have found their pre and after sales service to be first rate. Would definitely use them again.

Yeah totally agree many years ago they sold my house twice to to different people hence had to change solicitor as they messed up and couldn't represent me and still charged me estate agency fees!!! Should have followed through with my complaint to the law society !
