They really talk to you in normal terms and you never feel out of your depth - When things go pear-shaped with the process - through no fault of theirs - they really go beyond the call of duty to sort things out with the other parties. Delighted and would recommend them to everyone!!

Thanks to Dave & Diane Y at Neilsons I'm now finally in my first home after a crazy turn of events with the Builder. Long story short there was some corporate lies being told which pushed my move in date out at a point when I was officially homeless! Thanks to Diane & Dave's amazing network of contacts in the property game and in local councils, they managed to bend the builders arm to cover all costs I accrued due to the Builders mess up - which the builder wouldn't have done without Diane doing some digging to prove misinformation. Saved me well over £500, lots of stress and they did all that extra work (many hours extra) for no extra fee! 5 Stars!
