Neish Training

Gillian designs and facilitates training courses and development programmes which encourage people to think beyond stereotypes and accept the reality that there are as many differences in any one group as in any other group (even their own group, however they choose to define their group). In a challenging but non-threatening way, she enables participants to explore the nature of oppression (racism, sexism and other 'isms') and the impact of power inequalities on our relationships with each other and with ourselves so that they can then develop their own, practical strategies to eliminate discrimination and value diversity. In addition to her work as a trainer, Gillian works as a Transactional Analysis counsellor, both with individuals and with groups.
