Growing up on a unhealthy diet of kung-fu movies, it seemed inevitable that my first foray, as an adolescent, would be in the world of health and fitness through martial arts. Now 18 years later my passion and experiences for fitness have broadened to include weight training, running, Boxing, MMA, and may more.

From my experiences i was taught that health and well-being of an individual encompasses the mind, body and soul and our outer-self balances with our inner-self, through martial arts i was taught self discipline that enabled me to adhere to my fitness and life goals . As a personal trainer, I like to take a fun and educational approach to each workout session. My aim is to equip my clients with not only the skills, but also the knowledge of how to reach their fitness and health goals. Whether it’s to be ready for the beach or to be ready for that Big day, my mission is to help guide you through your journey to get there.
