The Mental Health Foundation reported that 74% of UK adults have experienced stress to the point of being unable to cope in the last year.

I was feeling a little stressed and sore so i decided to treat myself to a massage. Obviously i was going to book in with Stacey (she is amazing). So..... last night I had the most amazing aromatherapy massage with infra red treatment. Stacey made me feel so at ease and relaxed in her beautifully chilled out salon. Her knowledge of the oils she used, why she used them and the pressure of the massage was fantastic. It felt great just taking time for myself for a little pamper and I left feeling relaxed and chilled out. I can't recommend Stacey enough. This lassie knows her stuff. Thanks Stacey. Until next time. I had the most amazing aromatherapy massage today. Stacey is the perfect mix of professional & friendly to make you feel comfortable. She knows her stuff and quickly sorted out the perfect blend of oils to help my ailments. My only complaint would be that it had to end!

She is one of the very few I would recommend as a fellow therapist 5 stars just is not enough. Stacey goes that extra bit for all her clients. Always feel welcome and relaxed. X

I cannot recommend Stacey enough, I have been treated for back and neck pain and Stacey has also treated me using aromatherapy oils to help a recent bereavement. Stacey has treated me with the upmost professionalism to the highest standard, she has helped me physically and emotionally and I can honestly say I do not know how I would have got through an extremely difficult time without her.
