Owned, managed and run by Mark Neville, Neville Design Ltd is a building design company based in Lanarkshire, specialising in obtaining planning consent and building warrant approval.

Established in 1999 (as Neville Design Services before being incorporated as Neville Design Ltd in 2004), we have 15 years of local experience preparing plans and designs for a range of residential and commercial construction projects. Since our launch, we have built a solid reputation and are proud to have overseen more than 400 successful planning and 500 approved building warrant applications. Whilst most of our projects are in the Lanarkshire area, we have also made successful applications in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Ayrshire, and Dunbartonshire, and are highly regarded throughout the region’s planning circles.
