great shop, great service

We came from Colorado USA to experience mountain biking in the Scottish Highlands. Initially, we were going to transport our own bikes (Ibis Ripley, Santa Cruz Tallboy) via plane because in our experience, hiring bikes is usually such a downgrade compared to our own bikes and riding substandard hire bikes takes away from the enjoyment riding the local trails. The logistics and airline cost resigned us to hiring bikes. I'm happy to report that the hire bikes at Nevis Cycles were fantastic and we were not disappointed with our decision to not transport our own bikes. The Trek Remedies were perfect for riding the resort at Nevis Range and the rugged, remote trails of Torridon. We were impressed with how capable the hire bikes are at Nevis Cycles. Also, the staff were amazing! They took the time to swap out our brakes to "American style" so that we weren't braking with the front when we intended to brake with the rear. brake Emma was also amazing to work with. She had everything arranged to deliver and pick up our bikes in Torridon which is quite a ways from Nevis Range. That saved us 6 hours of driving! Torridon was the highlight of our holiday and we wouldn't have been able to make that possible without Emma and Nevis Cycles. We are very grateful for the excellent service and superior hire bikes!

Tuned sons gears without charging us. Excellent friendly service, the guy who fixed my son's bike was actually on his way home having finished for the day!

Snapped my frame on the Scottish C2C, so popped in to Nevis Cycles to pick up a hire hardtail. Service was first class, professional and relaxed! Bike was in great working condition with zero hiccups for the rest of the journey to the Atlantic. Can't recommend these guys enough. Brilliant outfit.

Bought a bike for my sons 4th birthday, everyone I seen was so helpful and friendly. The bike was built and adjusted to suit my son then checked again before I left the shop, free service and money off a helmet. So glad I didn't order online and kept it local. Will have a very happy little boy tomorrow. Thank you �

A welcoming and very friendly bike shop. I was very grateful to have my bike squeezed into the busy workshop, fixed up and running smooth for the rest of our holiday. Thanks guys.

A massive thanks to Nevis Cycles who quickly fitted a new tubeless tyre to my bike this weekend, after I split mine. I was half way through my successful West Highland Way Double ride. Getting me back on the trail quickly contributed hugely me completing this extremely difficult challenge. Can’t thank you guys enough. A bike shop for riders �

Went in with a broken derailer witch would of cost £50 and i found the bit on amazon for £12 and then i got told my bike suddenly need £240 of work done so i got a second opinion and the only thing i needed was my chain and my brake discs cleaned. Good way to treat the locals isnt it!!
