Yet another great morning at New Cumnock Open Air Pool, a delightful, warm pool with great friendly staff who work hard to keep this one of the cleanest pools I've used.

The changing rooms, toilets and showers are immaculate.

Great pool, great staff and a great swim, couldn't ask for more.

Wonderful facility, beautifully done and it's so lovely to swim outdoors. Visited on a hot school holiday and it was of course busy but I felt it was well managed and supervised, great value - and very clean.

What an absolute gem of a place this is. Came for an early morning swim whilst on holiday and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful too, making it all the more enjoyable. The pool temp was fab, (32 degrees) Really clean changing rooms, and lovely hot showers too. Plenty of different activities for every age group. Going to bring the kids again soon for the float session. Definitely worth a visit! Thank you ­¤ÅŖ­¤Å╝ŌĆŹŌÖĆ’ĖÅ­¤ÅŖ­¤Å╝ŌĆŹŌÖĆ’ĖÅ­¤ÅŖ­¤Å ╝ŌĆŹŌÖĆ’ĖÅ

What a great place, even on a rainy April day! The pool is gorgeously warm and the venue clean and well kept with friendly staff. We will be regulars from now on!

What a great aqua trim class this morning. Mary and staff do a great job .... not only within the class but with their friendly attitude towards everyone who enters the swimming pool

They all work so hard to try and please everyone... but always put safety first

Took the kids today, ┬Ż8.50 total for 3 kids 1 adult swimming and 1 spectator. What an amazing day we had, whole place was spotless staff were great and 1 even took time to give us a run down on other local atractions! Snack bar was reasonably priced also. Will be back for sure!

Took my son for the first time today for the parent and baby swim we both enjoyed it. Staff are very friendly and helpful will def be back

This is just the best swimming pool around. Great facilities, immaculate, very reasonable prices & great staff. We waited half an hour to get in on a really hot sunny day but itŌĆÖs so worth it & the band system they put in place means you donŌĆÖt really need to wait for any longer than that. No wonder itŌĆÖs so popular.

Great pool. Ideal for kids and family. Water was perfect temperature as well. Friendly staff and good snack area.

First time here. Well worth the drive from East Kilbride. There's a small shop selling food and drinks, there are tables and chairs around the pool to sit at and eat, lifeguards on duty and to top it off, kids are only ┬Ż1.50 to swim!

Fantastic pool, been up twice now and going back on Saturday. My son absolutely loves it! The pool is nice and warm at 32 degrees and the changing rooms are lovely and clean. It is so reasonably priced too. The staff are very friendly and the float sessions are great fun.

Excellent pool, love the aqua-cise classes. A big thanks to all the staff who work hard to make it a great place for all to enjoy.

Can't believe we have this wonderful facility on our doorstep!

Arrived for opening at 1230pm in a Sunday plenty of people in front of us but we got in no issues. The place is fabulous clean and bright.

The pool is a lovely temp everyone reaction to stepping in was the same delight!

The prices are amazing value for money and the hot dogs are lovely.

Great pool and lovely staff, very reasonable, would definitely recommend and we will be back

The only downside is communication, I emailed at 10am and got a response 11.10am when I arrived at pool saying I couldnŌĆÖt ore book however they did not foresee any problems as it wasnŌĆÖt busy .... looking out my car window I could see a que of around 20 people and we had to wait 35 mins.... this wasnŌĆÖt a problem really it was the fact no one came to tell any of us what was happening

Maybe a rethink of how entry is done on busy days and then put on FB page

A great facility for the area! We visited during the adult only swimming time in the evening and were impressed with the cleanliness of the pool and changing rooms and enjoyed a swim in the sunshine and fresh air. IŌĆÖve awarded four stars because we felt the adult swimming could be improved by putting lanes in place for different speed of swimmers. Also wasnŌĆÖt a fan of the loud music. But otherwise a fantastic amenity and would definitely go back.

Attended for midnight swim with my kids and other family members. Was having a great time until my niece almost drowned and the lifeguards were too busy spraying themselves with jungle fever during the midge attack!

Needs to better system in place. Checked fb before I left and by the time I got there place was closed as full. Drove all the way from Ayr and still cannot see any updates to say pool closed. Thats nearly 40 miles for nothing, complete waste of a day and very disappointed kids. I wouldnt make journey again. Whilst leaving noticed other people seemed to have been permitted entry also.
