Used the place sporadically, normally it's a hit or a miss, more a miss, though I'm thoroughly annoyed as that's the second order in a row they've got wrong, there was no mistake made, clearly just never didn't want to have beef chop suey sitting ready, never again

I have used the new diamond for over 15 years and always had a quality meal and service (within reason) BUT, the two times I have phoned to make a complaint about the food, they decided to ban me from they're shop. Very very poor, and the food was p**h the 2 times I complained.

Food was luke warm and stodgy the girl in the shop said they had new staff I had a sweet and sour chicken and it tasted like the chicken balls had been reheated everything was just not as it used to be cold and nasty I will be staying away until I see better reviews

Very poor quality food, No 1 Taste in Bainsford is the best in the area
