New Directions offers people who are aged 15 to 29 and not in work, education or training the support they require to meet the needs of local employers.

Coast & Country is the main New Directions project partner for Redcar & Cleveland.

New Directions supports young people aged 15 to 29 who are not in education, employment or training with specialist support, information advice and guidance, training, mentoring, apprenticeships, job placements and further education in order to meet the needs of local employers.
