Amazing customer service, I was shopping with my two year old daughter, trying to find myself a pair of boots, my daughter was desperate to try on the pretty shoes and seeing I had my hands full the shop assistant came over and helped her to put on the shoes she wanted to try and even found her a pair of shoes that fitted her that were just as sparkly that she would be safer wearing around the shop, allowing me to find the perfect pair of boots! it was such a positive experience my daughter begged not to leave the shop after we had finished (which is the complete opposite to what I normally get) and was so happy with her sparkly shoes which after such great service I definately was not leaving the shop without!

Easy shopping. Friendly helpful staff, especially Jane in the furniture department. Thank you Jane. All staff allow you to enjoy browsing around, however attentive when you need help. Thank you kirkcaldy retail park staff.

Huge choice. Great interiors layout. It even has a Costa inside for a well deserved coffee break!

Very helpful friendly staff and better stocked in the children's clothes department than other Nexts (ie all sizes of all styles available) even in the run up to Christmas.
