The shop is absolutely beautiful the staff are excellent couldn't have been more helpful thank you

Staff are wonderfully helpful, and the store is always gorgeously laid out with displays. It also isn't packed full so easy to move around without worrying about knocking stuff over, even with kids or accessibility requirements, and there's a generous lift to the second floor for those who would be unable to use the stairs or loaded down with goodies that doesn't require special permissions or keys to access. Free parking at all times, too, although it's usually pretty crowded as it's shared with the other nearby stores. Only negatives: the lack of variety compared to online, as there's a tendency to have multiples of the big sellers rather than a selection, so often better to combine a visit with an online shop, and order in for collection if what you want isn't on the shelves; the kiddie clothes dressing room is hit and miss whether it's available, as periodically gets used for extra stock or is blocked off by clothing rails; and the sales are usually a little disappointing, as most of the in store stock (kids clothes aside) isn't included in it, so it's better to again purchase online for order in.
