Avoid! We rented flat from Gavin. Evething was perfect until we moved and asked for deposit back. He did not answer for texts and calls. Also, he did not keep our deposit on schemes deposit. Now we are trying get it back using legal advice and help.

Please be aware before sign any papers and always ask for certificate from scheme deposit. He has 30 days to pay money there.

Avoid !!! no way is this a business takes your money and doesn't do much more. Don't waste your time or money .

I'm an electrician, done the job for Gavin immediately as he was needing 2 new fans installed in a flat. Prior to the job he was always in contact. Now that the job has been completed there has been no contact whatsoever! Ignores calls and texts. Eventually got though to him via a family friend of his. Said landlord was paying 2 weeks ago. Still not received payment!!! Btw, the job was done 10 weeks ago now!

I'll give credit when it is due.
I first used Gavin 4 years ago to sell my property which he done to a high standard and quickly.
I then used him again as I was going to rent my property out, he again got tenants in quickly
They have now been in a year and the whole year dealing with him has been a nightmare, waiting 2-3 weeks to get my rent money paid when I knew my tenants paid him on time every month. When there was issues in my property my tenants had to contact myself who works overseas to get stuff carried out or fixed as he would never answer his phone or deal with any matter which he was paid to do, trying to get a hold of him was near impossible that bad that I had to get people to call him on my behalf as a new number he would answer as 'it's possibly new business'
I had given 4 months notice to give up doing business with him and now telling my tenants that there deposit won't be ready for 3-6 weeks when it should be put into a tenancy deposit scheme which can be accessed instantly.
Hope this helps people who could soon be falling in to his scam if they use this business.
