enter bike number
open bike lock with displayed code

* you can order your customer card during registration or via your customer account online

Return
lock the bike at an official nextbike station
confirm return via App, hotline or hold customer* card on boardcomputer
make sure that the bike is locked to the bike rack
In case you do not find enough space at the station lock the bike as close to the station as possible

You are free to lock your bike temporarily outside of official stations. Please note: Until your bike is returned as instructed above your account will continue to be charged
