We used NGL via keys estate agents when selling our property. The service was substandard, emails being forwarded on as FYI with no explanation to anything, very little being chased unless we chased them, advised to put my property back on the market several times when NGL's "partnered" estate agency was saying the opposite. We didn't feel like the solicitor was working in our best interest in the slightest and now having worked with new company this has become even more abundant.
