We have an excellent relationship with our local Environmental Health Department and have participated in staff training courses run by them. This, coupled with an aggressive and pro–active regime of food hygiene, training Certificated by the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland and staff trained in First Aid which is approved under the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1991, ensures that you, the customer, get the best possible from our staff and our products at all times.
