Come and try my Cook Schools - Nick Nairn Cook School Aberdeen, and at Port of Menteith, an hour north of Glasgow and Edinburgh in the beautiful Trossachs countryside.
I like to spread the word about Scotland's fantastic natural larder and promote a better food culture in Scotland.

The elves are working hard at foodie HQ
