Nickel & Dime

I purchased an item that was faulty and tried to return it. I spoke with Kalim the manager (owner). He refused to accept the item back and either give me a replacement or refund. When I stated that if goods are faulty and not fit for purpose I have rights under trading standards, he laughed and said "I will phone them for you". I left the shop. I will never purchase anything from this shop ever again and recommend that customers should not shop there.

Great shop with lots of useful stuff - but watch out for staff charging for bags even though you haven't had one. Had it not been for that happening to me I would have given five stars.
