In this class You will learn how to use a Russian tips, How to make a Marshmallow flower, I will also show you how to make a shaped fondant topper. This class is slightly more tricky than the beginners class. All equipment you will require for the evening is provided and you take home your box of 6 decorated cupcakes. We will stop around half way for a cuppa and piece. Saturday 4th August 2pm to 4pm Garioch Kitchen, Wyness hall, Jackson street, Inverurie.

I was absolutely delighted to be asked to make this cake It was set up at the beautiful Meldrum house hotel on Monday. This is by far my new favourite cake 😍 Congratulations to the Bride and Groom. 💜💜💜💜💜

Went along to a beginners class last night with my friend and we had such a good time! Very informative and helpful - a great cupcake teacher! �� thanks so much for a great night, I can't wait to put my new knowledge to the test! x

Ordered a bouquet (12 cupcakes)for my lovely Mum for Mother's Day yesterday and it was totally stunning! Everyone was amazed and my Mum said it is the best she has ever seen like that - so you can't get much higher praise! They tasted delicious too. Light and fluffy! And the cupcake bouquets are just that bit different from the standard real flower ones! Definitely 5 star! Thank you so much Nickytams! X

Nicola made the baby shower cake with the elephant on top as seen in her photos for my daughter in law. It was absolutely stunning and was gorgeous to eat,the sponge was lovely and moist and the cream and jam filling complimented it perfectly. If anyone has a special cake requirement or is looking for something that little bit different, then I would highly recommend using Nicola. Thanks again �

Nicola made an amazing sweetie chocolate cake for my daughters birthday! It looked fantastic and tasted wonderful, people were talking about it ❤️ Highly recommended �

Nicola is a fantastic baker/confectioner. Can’t recommend her highly enough. Also if you’re thinking about it attending one of her classes - do it. She turns you into Mary Berry in 2 hours � Great beginners class, it’s amazing how much you pick up in such a short time �����

My partner surprised me with a cake for my 30th birthday from Nicola and it is without a doubt the best gluten free cake I have ever had! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nicola and will definitely be coming back for another cake. Thanks Nicola! � xx

Loved the gifts I bought for my daughter to give to her preschool teachers although I was tempted to keep the suitcase of goodies for myself �. Always a great and friendly service from Nicola, highly recommend

I have been to two of Nicola's cupcake decorating classes and am eagerly awaiting the release dates of more advanced ones.

The classes are fun and informative and delivered in a great and easy to understand way - and you get a super fine piece half way through!!

I got a large bouquet comprising of 19 absolutely delicious cupcakes! Lots of different flavours of icing and cupcakes with scrumptious fillings! Can't recommend them highly enough! Everyone in the room (about 100 people) were in absolute awe of these superb cakes!

Have had a few cakes from Nicky and been delighted with each and every one - would defo recommend.

Have been to two beginners cupcake classes and learned so much. Nicola is so friendly and full of fun and an excellent teacher making it all look very easy! I was delighted with the new skills I have learned and am looking forward to taking part in more classes. You also get some very tasty home baking with a coffee half way through the class.

Great service, ordered last night and picked up one of the cup cake bouquets this afternoon. It was really beautiful �a work of art and looked far too good to eat but we had to give in and eat them and they tasted as good as they looked. Thank you Nickytams cakes and bakes
