Benefits of massage:

Releases stiffness and tension
Speeds up healing process

Sports Massage is not just for horses that are displaying issues, every horse from those that are retired right through to top competition horses can benefit from a routine maintenance massage to promote overall wellness and performance and help prevent problems arising.

Assessment and session - Includes initial history intake, in depth static and dynamic observations on hard and soft ground and lunging /riding if required. This is then followed by a full body sports massage, targeting specific areas if required and includes session report with follow up owners exercises.
