After just moving from Edinburgh we kick off with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) every Wednesday at 6. 15pm! This 45 min class in Ladywell church hall (Bannockburn) is set to sculpt you, burn fat, build that lean muscle and set your metabolism on fire! All level body weight only class - everyone welcome!
