Just collected my range rover amazing service second to none Billy the sales man was there every step of the way cracking guy to deal with garage was great to visit will definitely be going back for my next car thanks Billy keep up the great work

Came from Birmingham on 05/11/17 to view a car, upon inspection, the car had been in a collision so the bumpers were out of line, missing the undertray and had a split turbo hose. £400+ work required.
These issues were not noted on the Autotrader advert.

The chap was friendly enough to speak to, however, after telling him the issues noticed, there was no room for negotiation or care regarding the problems. The price was still to stay the same ‘as listed’.

I assume somebody else less knowledgable will end up buying the car for the same price.

Dissapointing visit.

PIcked up my car this week. Great service, hassle free. I would recommend these guys, and they have some cracking motors for sale in great condition.

This is a very good car sales company.....The sales people are very good at what they do.....I have never felt so relaxed when in a car showroom.. That is why I have just purchased my 2nd car from them....

Went to see a BMW 1 series at Niddrie and I'll be honest I was sceptical before going however Billy (Scott) immediately put me at ease leaving me to review the car at my leisure with no pressure to buy - communication with Billy over the sale was very smooth and professional and would certainly recommend them - thanks to Billy for all his assistance

Bought an Audi A4 convertible that had so many ecu faults i cannot understand why they would put it up for sale. Needed a new cat, cam chain tensioner to begin with. Over the 2 years i owned the car was problem after problem. Very nice and easy going to begin with then as soon as you had problems was attitude and ignorance. You do get the odd lemon car and it is easy to understand that but customer service is paramount in this line of business.

We had a very favourable experience recently at Niddrie Motors. There was no hard sell tactics and we were able to test drive the car without any red tape. Billy was helpful,professional and straightforward. He organised the MOT and road tax for the car and even rubbed out some scrape marks on my daughters car when we went for a test drive.......that's some service !

Iam really late with this review! But I bought a car from this dealer and cannot recommend highly enough. Great customer service from the moment we arrived at the garage till we left. Billy and his team could not do enough for us. Very competitive prices so if you're looking for a good car well priced I strongly recommend this garage.
