Night Ministry Scio

Night Ministry Rough Sleeper Outreach provides care and support for homeless rough sleepers across Dundee, every night and early morning. We provide food, hot drinks, sleeping bags & clothing, friendship & encouragement, advice & information.

Night Ministry SCIO was formed in 2013 as an independent volunteer based Christian organisation located in Dundee on the North East coast of Scotland.

Night Ministry which is a recognised Scottish charity SC 046389, is an innovative new scheme working in the late evening and early morning and on call throughout the night to assist the street homeless and rough sleepers in Dundee.

Due to restricted funding we can only operate our service from October to March as we feel that there is a greater need for support through the winter months.

Street outreach is at the heart of our mission. We aim to demonstrate love of Christ to ALL street homeless persons regardless of age, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or disability by providing or assisting in the provision of humanitarian support, pastoral care such as listening, befriending, sign posting to other charities or agencies, supporting, and encouraging in order to save and improve the lives of Dundee's most marginalised people, the street homeless and those caught up in a street lifestyle.
