so I have been neglecting work videos/posts lately because I have been sooo busy making amazing progress with my girls just to pick a few...
Danielle in the first video has been making great progress in training look at those back gains im so jealous 😂😅Danielle's goals were to add mass and she certainly has 😍 she has been training with me since Feb and I cannot wait to see her next set of results!

Soooo...
Due to me being a busy wee bee 🐝 (which is amazing) I've decided to start up some online coaching to try decrease my hours in the gym a little bit💕
But since I still have loads of interest coming through my page I thought this would be the best way to keep everyone happy and take on 10 online coaching clients🏋🏼‍♀️!

I probably spend too much time reflecting on what i used to be like I think most girls do but anyway came across some old pictures and found this really interesting!
I've posted three pictures there's a 14kg difference in weight from my lightest to my heaviest here.
So the first picture I wasn't too thin or under weight by any means It's just this is the lightest my body weight had been in recent years but from performance side of things I couldn't train well at all I could...n't lift decent numbers I burned out very fast my gymnastics was pretty shit I was too weak to hold myself on the rig and to be honest I still wasn't happy with the way I looked despite the scales telling me I should be!
The second picture I was at my heaviest here this is 14kg heavier than the first picture and I would actually say I was fitter there than I am now! I was pulling decent numbers my gymnastics was still shit but performance wise I was training better 14kg heavier well I won the British teen championships so I must of been performing well! But again still not happy with the way I looked and obsessed with the scales
Last pic is very recent and I'm bang in the middle of these two pictures with my weight and I have muscle ups, I have a 90kg clean I move 100x better and that makes me so much happier than whatever the scales tell me! I still pick myself apart about the way I look (I'm working on that) but I don't about the scales because it doesn't matter! Get strong I was convinced my gymnastics would never be good because I was always heavier! I'm eating more food than I ever have and my gymnastics are the best they've ever been!
Training in any sport is a total mental game and once I stopped focusing on weight and looks my performance soared I'm looking forward to seeing more results with this kind of attitude my coach says to me think of your body as a machine and you have to fuel it that's what I've been doing and it's showing for me going in and moving well having a good work out and over all training well is so much better for my mental health than any progress picture or set of scales 😊!

Hahahaha well I don't think I've ever been 56.7kg in my life 😂🤷‍♀️! Who ever made this picture up is blatantly WRONG
This has really fucking irritated me what a load of shit no wonder young girls have such low self esteem and confidence issues when you have exact number of what you 'should' weigh!
I can legit weigh 4 pounds heavier after a heavy meal and a big drink 😂😂 weight means nothing and it breaks my heart girls obsessing over the scales the way I did for so long beca...use it's bloody useless!
Weighing yourself in the morning everyday is like getting up and shooting yourself in the foot it's pointless and nothing good is going to come of it!
Go by the way you feel, go by your clothes stop getting hung up on a stupid number it doesn't define you as a person! train because you enjoy it, eat nutritious whole foods because you feel good after! Stop torturing yourself over something that doesn't fucking matter

Have a look at this amazing progress 😍!
This is 30lbs down and from a size 20/22 to a 16!
Two to three times a week sessions with myself and a whole new attitude towards food!
... No cutting out carbs/fats no counting points or sins just eating in a calorie deficit and aiming for a protein target!
Here we also have a 100kg deadlift 50kg bench and 85kg squat!
Absolute pleasure to train and I cannot wait to see the next progress pic🏋🏼‍♀️🙌

Sunday night tips for starting your diet again tomorrow 😃🙌
❣️Carbs will not make you fat
❣️A calorie is the same at 6am as it is at 9pm

❣️stop staring at the scales it's just mental torture
❣️go to the gym because you actually enjoy training and don't use it as a punishment because you hate yourself

When I started classes I was super unfit and hated exercise but Nikki makes me feel motivated and always changes it up and I actually look forward to going!!! Pure miracle worker ���

When I first started going to Nikki I wanted to be able to do pull ups. At first I couldn't even do one with a band. Within months we mastered them and I was doing sets of strict pull ups. I had no upper body strength to start with and to be able to do pull ups was such an achievement for me. Nikkis really flexible with her times etc as I can never commit to one set time for each week due to constant shift work. I found this helped as most pts just offer the one permanent slot at the same time for each week. I'd definitely recommend Nikki. Thanks Mrs �xxx

Nikki is a fantastic personal trainer, who can adapt a program to suit any fitness level! Thoroughly enjoyed my training sessions with Nikki,😍And cannot recommend highly enough! I also attended Nikki's boot camps( love them). I will be back after summer😍😍😍

I've been to a few gyms and other personal trainers before but Nikki is on another level � can't recommend her enough if I tried, I've lost a stone and a bit since starting with Nikki and my overall fitness has increased dramatically and I couldn't do it without the encouragement and support she gives.. she's also only a message away when you aren't in for PT sessions or at a bootcamp class for any advice or anything you need which is fab � she's just the best ��

Helps keeps me motivated during sessions and is always there to message if i’m unsure of something or just need a pep talk! I’m 3 months into my weight loss and fitness journey and the results already are fab, would never have got this far without Nikki ���
