Ninja Buns are steamed boa buns filled with deliciousness. They are a healthy, new and exciting flavor / texture combination resulting in a glorious eat, packed with a great blend of depth and fragrant lightness. . .

Your choice of four fillings (pork, braised beef, free range pulled chicken or marinated tofu). A rich Asian reduction is painted on a fluffy steamed bun, the chosen filling applied and topped with home pickled carrots and cucumber, lime infused spring onions, and finished with peanut powder and fresh coriander.
