The Shinobi Kai Dojo has been in Portsmouth for more than 25 years and recently moved just outside town.
Learn self defence & escape techniques based on traditional Japanese martial arts dating back over 500 years. Learn to defend against weapon attacks, grabs, punches & kicks and how to use your opponents own body against them.
Study Taijutsu in a non-competitive, relaxed & mixed gender environment. We welcome absolute beginners as well as experienced people. Classes are Tuesday night. Gradings are available but not mandatory.
You are never too old and it is never too late to join us. Over 18’s only.
