Our house gin cured salmon using The Garden Shed Drinks Company gin, with pickled beetroot, beetroot granita and orange puree. Pairs perfectly with this wonderful new gose from our friends across the river at Overtone Brewing Co.

We have had a few enquries about the Burns Night. Unfortunately we will have to cancel as our Chef Keir (seen below living his best life) has taken unwell. As this was his own special pop up event I am afraid we will have to cancel.
