I am passionate that people with allergies will not miss out on delicious treats, especially chocolatey ones! I strive to create traditional and new goods that ALL can eat. This is not without its challenges but is hugely rewarding. When someone who has previously missed out on treats, like rocky road for example, tries mine and is in chocolate heaven, I couldn't be happier. My sweet goods are also good for you, being cholesterol free! I hope you will love them too.
