Nomads Description
Nomads is the sort of shop that practically beckons you inside, every time you pass it on Kings Parade any time of the year, with the promise of some exceptional present-buying opportunities.
The phrase “Aladdin’s Cave” may be well-worn, but it really holds true in Nomads’ case – you’ll find two floors packed to the rafters with delightful gift items, textiles and home furnishings from the sub-continent and Asia, including a stunning array of, authentic, individual jewellery, plus gorgeous items like genuine afghan rugs, silk scarves from the Kullu Valley, clothing, throws, lampshades, wooden boxes, Tibetan singing bowls, and statuettes.
And all in a welcoming atmosphere of calm, away from the hustle and bustle of the streets outside…. . . . . .

What a special little place. Thanks so much for my first singing bowl. It certainly won't be my last! I will be using it to end my Indian head massage treatments.
This was one of the best stores in the UK! I stopped there on my European tour in March! The owner was one cool dude!
It's beautiful shop, a nice place and attendants. A fun shop to look around to find gifts and jewellery from Asia.
I got my brother a wonderful music bowl from Finn at Nomads...the most awesome place in Cambridge, into the door, already assailed by beautiful colours and jewellery, the smell of incense, down the stair to an Aladdin's cave of treasure, from silk Kaftan s, to soft furnishings, cushions of fantastic colour, music for the Soul, jewellery, wooden artefacts, never do you see everything in 1 trip, you are inspired to continue returning again and again...thank you Finn for providing a plethora of attractions, to stimulate our senses, and our purse...I have the most exquisite silk scarf all hand made and embroidered, love it...xxx
