I'm a pilates and barre concept teacher and massage therapist. I've been based in Edinburgh for 8 years and I'm now setting up classes and private sessions in Glasgow (South Side, City Centre and West End Glasgow).

Whether you love pilates and practise regularly or are new to pilates and keen to try, I'd love to see you too.

I also teach Ballet Barre Classes. This workout method is increasingly popular and offers great results in sculpting and toning the physique.

I also offer sports, deep tissue or relaxation massage. Massage treatments are availble as stand alone appointments or can be added to 1: 1 pilates sessions.
