Had a BRILLIANT night at Rugby Park tonight. Kilmarnock Football Club presented myself (Graeme) with a "Kilmarnock Community Hero Award ☺
I'm really proud to receive the award, and at Northwest ABC we pride ourselves on being a TEAM, So this award is for us all, Graeme, Ray, Paula, Tam, Jamesy, Craig all the boxers & keep fitters......... WE ARE TEAM NORTHWEST 👊👊👊

TRAINING
I know you'll all be gutted, but SQUAD training is cancelled this FRIDAY night !
Fitness class is still on 5:00-6:00pm so carded boxers get yourself along to that.

Typical night at Northwest from Kids beginners class through the Fitness class to squad Training.

A massive happy birthday to Northwest's delegate and coach Tom Brown. Tom turned 82yrs old (going on 18yrs) on Sunday. He's at Northwest ABC three nights per week passing on his knowledge and travels all over Scotland to be official timekeeper at shows & championships. Team Northwest 👌
