Nottingham International Film Festival

The Nottingham International Film Festival aims to share the best independent film from around the world.

The Nottingham International Film Festival is pleased to announce the line-up for this year’s second annual festival. Taking place over the weekend of the 6th to the 8th of October, this year’s event is being held at the recently renovated, state of the art Showcase Cinema de Lux and is set to see the festival grow in stature after a successful first year in 2016.

Film fans can expect a host of U. K. and International premieres including the Gabriel Bryne and Harvey Keitel starring LIES WE TELL, about a driver who must clean up his boss’s mess after he dies, Hollywood set thriller AMERICAN PETS, which sees a young man’s life spiral into uncompromising amorality and the UK based Post War drama BIKINI BLUE, where a Polish husband and wife look to build a new life in Britain, only for his past to come back to haunt them.
