Have you ever tried them?
... Makes a smooth, subtle and deliciously refreshing immunity boosting infusion by adding a small handful to a pint of hot boiled water, left to cool overnight and strained off. Then drunk hot or cold throughout the day.
Simply pick a pocketful when you go out for a walk amongst the pine trees in the spring time and enjoy a breath of fresh air in a cup. They are great for strengthening the immune system.
They will appear differently on the various kinds of pine tree, but just make sure you know the difference between a pine and a yew.
Yew leaves can appear similar to pine, are toxic so be 110% certain before ingesting anything foraged from the wild.

So I went to Fiona for a course of massage facials as I was at my wit's end with my skin which was at once oil-clogged yet dry and flaky. Fiona very patiently and sympathetically listened to my woes and immediately determined some possible sources of the problem. The facial itself was amazing.
