Nourish - Organic Vegetarian Food + Therapies

This was the wrong place for me to visit as I'm neither vegetarian nor vegan and thus inadequately qualified to comment. The soup and service, however, were very pleasant.

Coffee was shite but the service was fantastic. Pixie is the best thing about this place. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We were visiting Inverness for the day and I was delighted to find Nourish when looking up vegan food places. Our lunch was delicious, the staff were lovely and the pumpkin pie we took away was the perfect treat for later in the day. Would love to come back next time we're visiting the area!

Having experienced both flifting (facial massage) and traditional Thai massage from the lovely Tana Kell I cannot recommend them, or Tana enough. This lady is professional, intuitive and educational, and the therapies have to be experienced to be believed. Not for the faint hearted but really worth the effort. If you are thinking to try either then Tana is most certainly your Therapist.

Lovely service and delicious food. Also a really great selection of cakes to eat in or take away if you're full. Superb veggie and vegan options and plenty of GF too!

A very unique little place! Its a fusion of complementary therapies that run upstairs and an organic cafe downstairs that makes fresh vegan dishes soups and serves organic coffees, teas and cakes.There are also healthy snacks and organic gifts on offer too. You can buy organic eggs, and bread on Tuesdays which you can order in. There are also lots of therapies on offer. Definitely worth a visit ;-)

I pop into Riverdale Cafe on a regular basis for coffee and cake. The atmosphere is light and conversational - Liz and Judith are so welcoming and chatty - a great witness to the open spirit of the Highlands. The food tastes great and smells amazing and the service is brilliant. Not only that but it's the fastest internet connection in all the Inverness cafes, so pop along with your laptop! It's a great cafe office.
