When you join Edinburgh Fitness & Wellbeing Centre you'll experience our unique Nuffield Health 3-step gym plan which is expertly designed to help you reach your personal fitness goals.

Your journey with us begins with our 12-point, clinically approved Health MOT from which you'll obtain a 'health score'. Three months later and after undertaking your personalised exercise programme you'll have a second Health MOT. If you have not maintained or improved your score you'll be free to leave us with no obligation.

Our first weekly timetable has arrived! Join us daily for at home fitness content for all levels. We have a wide range of workouts available from our high intensity weekly challenges to low intensity Pilates classes with our expert PT’s Panu and Olivia.

It may be a bank holiday but there’s no better time to try our first Nuffield Health Workout of the Week! Every week, our PT Panu will set a fitness challenge to put us to the test.
This week we have a 15 minute ladder of ascending Burpees (ascending in 1, 2, 3...) and Air Squats (ascending in 2,4, 6...). The repetitions will keep ascending in this fashion until the 15 minutes is up. For example, the first round would be 1 Burpee and 2 Air Squats, followed by 2 Burpees and 4 Air Squats. Your score will be the number of fully completed rounds plus any extra repetitions.
