Great facilities but very over priced for Aberdeens current climate.

This is the best gym I've ever been to, and I've been to quite a lot. I'm talking not only about excellent facilities and well organised classes, but most of all about exceptional customer service. These people are amazing and they really care! Highly recommended.

Good selection of exercise facilities and compact swimming pool

Good gym with new equipment, various classes, swimming pool, sauna and etc. Really nice, but a bit pricy.

Great Place, But Pricey for annual membership, they need to get some maintenance done on some of the equipment, as in some of the Screens on the running machines are not working, thats why only 4 stars from me

Be very careful with this lot. I made the mistake of getting a short term membership when I was back in Aberdeen earlier this year. What a mistake that was.
1. They give one price on the website but a higher one when you go in. You could get a better gym in central London for less.I know because I just done it.
2. They claim you can cancel your membership if you move away from Aberdeen.I tried and was told it was ok on the phone but then received a rude email which looked like it had been written by a 1st year law student after a good night on the town. I ended up paying for another two months.
3. I politely asked for the area manager's email address so I could complain. They refused to give it to me.
If you dont mind being ripped off and enjoy poor customer service then this is the gym for you. If not go elsewhere and dont make the same mistake I made!

Although not the cheapest gym in Aberdeen ,in my mind they are certainly the best. Knowledgeable staff and very helpful. More than just exercise classes, there are physio's, educational health events and even Health Mentors!!
